Change your profile photo
Add a profile photo or company logo so it appears on your dashboard and any branded content tiles.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard
- A square image (PNG or JPG) on your computer

Open your profile
Click Profile in the dashboard’s top nav bar. -

Click "Change Photo"
On the profile card, click Change Photo (the camera icon under your name). A small upload dialog opens. -

Pick your file and upload
Click Choose File and pick your image, or drag it onto the dashed drop zone, then hit Upload.
Keep it under 2 MB and ideally square (400×400 px). Wide or tall shots get center-cropped. -

Confirm the new photo
The dialog closes and your photo replaces the default initial in the avatar circle. Refresh to see it everywhere — navbar, branded tiles, and reports.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Square wins. Wide or tall photos get center-cropped, so check the preview before walking away.
- •Formats:
PNG,JPG,GIF. iPhoneHEICfiles need converting to JPG first (the Photos app exports JPG by default). - •A new upload just replaces the old photo — no undo needed, no penalty. Changed your mind? Upload another.
