Tips & Common Issues

  • Best sizes: 1920×1080 px for full-screen tiles, 800×600 px for product photos. Bigger files load slower on remote screens.
  • Formats: images as JPG, PNG, GIF; video as MP4, WebM. Convert MOV and HEIC first.
  • Your gallery is private — no other Local Billboards user can see it.
  • Clips over 30 seconds may not loop cleanly between rotations — keep them short and seamless.
