Choose a content template
Every dashboard tile starts from a template — Announcement, Advertisement, Reminder, Message, Social, Gallery, or Menu. Here’s how to pick the right one.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard

Open Create Content
In the dashboard sidebar, click the blue Create content — Design new content button. The template picker opens in the main area. -

Pick a template type
You’ll see a card for each type, and each one fits a different job:
• Announcement 📣 — quick, eye-catching message ("Now Hiring", "We're Open")
• Advertisement 💲 — promotional graphic with price and call-to-action
• Reminder 🔔 — day/time-sensitive notice ("Happy Hour 4–7 PM")
• Message 💬 — long-form text post
• Social 📲 — share-style block with handles or a QR code
• Menu 🍽 — food/drink list with prices, photos, sides & drinks
Click whichever card matches your goal. -

Pick a variant (if shown)
Some types — Menu especially — offer several looks (Menu 1, Menu 2, Special, Classic). Pick the one that fits your vibe. The rest skip this and jump straight to the editor. -

Start editing
The editor opens with sample text and placeholder images — swap in your own. The matching how-to is in the related articles below.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Not sure? Announcement is the safe default for any short message.
- •Templates are just presets — change colors, fonts, and images anytime. A starting point, not a cage.
- •Stack multiple tiles of one type — say five Announcements, each on its own playlist for morning, afternoon, and after-hours.
