Create a Message
Message tiles hold longer text — great for staff updates, a daily quote, or anything that needs more than a headline.

Before you start
- Logged in to your dashboard

Click an empty Message tile
On any playlist tab, click an empty tile marked Message (the chat-bubble 💬 icon). The Message editor pops open. -

Write your message
Add an optional Title for context ("Today's Quote", "Notice"). Keep the Body under 50 words so it still reads across a room, and go high-contrast — white on near-black is easiest on long passages. -

Save, enable, and push
Hit Save, flip the tile On below the preview, then click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar to push it to every display.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Long blocks are hard to read on a rotating screen — stay under 50 words and split anything bigger across tiles.
- •Skip all-caps in the body; it’s harder to read at a distance and reads like shouting.
- •For super-short notices ("Now Hiring", "Closed Today"), use an Announcement instead — bigger headline, less body text.
