Turn a tile On or Off
Every tile has an On/Off switch. Off tiles stay saved but get skipped during playback — perfect for seasonal content you want to keep on hand.

Before you start

Find the tile on your dashboard
Open the playlist (vertical, II, III, IV, V, or Menu) the tile lives on. In the sample grid, dimmed tiles are Off and skipped; bright ones are On. -

Look at the toggle below the tile
Just under the Preview link sits a pill-shaped On/Off switch. Green = On (it plays), Grey = Off (it’s skipped). -

Click the toggle to flip it
Click the pill to flip it. The tile dims or brightens right away and the change saves itself — no Save button needed. -

Push the change to displays
Click the green UPDATE button in the sidebar so displays grab the new state — they refresh in about 5–15 seconds. See Sync your displays.
Tips & Common Issues
- •Off doesn’t delete. The tile keeps its content and flips back On anytime — great for seasonal promos.
- •All tiles Off means the playlist plays nothing — the display falls back to the last active one.
- •Use Off to park seasonal content (Halloween, Mother’s Day, holiday hours) without clearing it out.
