From the front door to the final farewell

Welcome Screens

Greet arriving families with the name, dates, and a portrait at the entrance — a quiet, dignified first impression.

Photo Tributes

A curated slideshow with optional music. Families upload through a simple link, and mixed photo sets auto-format into a polished tribute.

Podium Displays

Screens flanking the podium for the officiant — life highlights, military honors, scripture, or a single anchor portrait.

Chapel Wayfinding

Point visitors to the right parlor, chapel, or reception room — a relief on multi-service days, with no printed signs to swap.

Live-Stream Cards

Show the stream link, password, and timing for family who can’t travel — with the program on the same screen all day.

Service Programs

Order of service, readings, family thanks, reception details — laid out as a clean program guests read at a glance.

Why funeral professionals choose us

Quiet technology for important days

Fades into the background

No flashing, no loud transitions, no sales energy. The screens support the service instead of competing with it.

Reliable on the day

Every screen caches locally, so if the internet drops mid-service the tribute keeps playing. We’ve done this for 23 years.

Fast turnaround

Most tributes are ready within hours of the family handing over photos — minutes of staff time, not an afternoon.

Common questions

What funeral directors ask us most

What does digital signage do for a funeral home?

Welcome screens greet families at the door, tributes play in the visitation room with photos and music, podium displays back the officiant, and wayfinding points visitors to the right room on busy days — all from one dashboard.

Can families bring their own photos?

Yes. Families upload through a simple link, and you or they curate it. Mixed portrait and landscape shots auto-format into a polished slideshow with optional music.

Do we need new TVs?

No — just add a streaming stick to a TV you already have. For larger venues we can also source LED video walls and commercial displays.

What does it cost?

$7.95/mo for 2 displays (Bronze) up to $79.95 for 100 (Enterprise). 14-day trial, no card. See all plans →

How long does it take to set up?

Most funeral homes have their first welcome screen up within an hour. Add a streaming stick, sign in, pick a template, fill in the names and dates — done.

Is the photo tribute appropriate during a service or only beforehand?

Most run it in three phases — slow during visitation, a short curated version during the service, and a continuous loop at the reception. You can schedule a different version per zone and per time slot.

How long are family photos kept on file?

90 days by default, then they’re removed automatically. During that window families can download the slideshow as a keepsake. We never share, sell, or reuse uploaded family content.

Can we run multiple services on the same day with different displays?

Yes. Run as many services at once as you need — each room shows its own family’s content, and wayfinding updates on its own to send visitors to the right chapel or parlor.

Does this integrate with our funeral management software (FrontRunner, Passare, SRS, OSIRIS)?

It runs on its own — no integration needed. Most homes copy names, dates, and bio text from their FMS into the editor. Direct API integrations are available on Enterprise for high-volume operators.

What happens during a power or internet outage during a service?

Every screen caches its content locally, so an internet drop mid-service won’t stop the tribute, welcome screen, or wayfinding. For power, we suggest a basic UPS battery backup on screens used in formal services.

Can military honors, religious symbols, or fraternal emblems be added easily?

Yes. The template library includes branch emblems (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard), common religious symbols, Masonic and fraternal emblems, and ceremonial flag layouts — all royalty-free and cleared for funeral use.

How much training does my staff need?

Most directors are running their first welcome screen within an hour. There’s no design work — staff fill in fields and upload photos. You get a 20-minute video walkthrough, a quick-start guide, and email/chat support. Multi-location operators can book a free 30-minute team training call.
