Create a Reminder

Reminders are timed nudges — Happy Hour, daily specials, closing time. They look different from announcements so customers catch them fast.

   Click an empty Reminder tile

   On any playlist tab, click an empty Reminder tile (the bell 🔔 icon) — or grab the Reminder card from Create Content.

   Type the message and pick a warm color

   Put the main line in TITLE ("Happy Hour Today") and the details in SUBTEXT ("4–7 PM · Half-price drinks"). Reminders pop in warm colors — red, orange, yellow grab the eye. Pick one from the palette or click custom color.

   Save, enable, and push

   Hit Save, flip the tile On, then click UPDATE in the sidebar to push it everywhere.

   (Optional) Schedule it for specific hours

   Reminders land hardest when they’re time-bound — Happy Hour only 4–7 PM, specials only at lunch. Add a schedule rule so the playlist with this reminder runs only in that window. See Schedule playlist play times.
